Miguel Martínez López, catedrático de sociología de la Universidad de Uppsala, hablará sobre movimientos sociales urbanos en Europa

El próximo miércoles 20 de octubre de 17:30 a 19:00 en el aula 0.3 del edificio aulario del campus de Jerez de la UCA, el Catedrático de Sociología de la Universidad de Uppsala (Suecia), Miguel Martínez López, impartirá una conferencia sobre los movimientos sociales y la ciudad en Europa. La conferencia se enmarca dentro de la II Jornada del Módulo Jean Monnet CiviPol-Civil Society Organisations and Policy Making in the EU de la UCA, financiado dentro del programa Erasmus+ de la Unión Europea.

Miguel Martínez López es miembro del Consejo Asesor del INDESS y cuenta con una dilatada experiencia en el estudio de movimientos sociales y conflictos urbanos. Su vista a la UCA servirá para reforzar los lazos entre investigadores de Suecia y la Universidad de Cádiz en materia de movimientos sociales y estudios urbanos.
